About us
Classic Motorcycle Tours combine the background and interests of its owners, your hosts and guides, John Holgate and Dallas Boag. John retired from being a transport operator several years ago, giving him the time to seriously pursue his interest in the collection and restoration of motorcycles. Dallas has spent many years in the hospitality industry, working in the more remote areas of the country. With a keen interest in art and photography, she is a passionate advocate for Southern New Zealand.

What we offer
Seize the opportunity and ride the 70's classic, the legendary Triumph Bonneville motorcycle, through spectacular Southern New Zealand. With John riding alongside and Dallas following in a support vehicle, you enjoy the ride; we take care of all the details. Catering for exclusive tours of only 4 - 6 riders, we can add the personal touches that will make this journey the highlight of your motorcycling life.
Character and attitude have defined the Bonneville for decades - qualities which were foremost in our minds as we planned the tour. Many miles on the road and extensive local knowledge contribute to an 11 day itinerary. This combines the unique scenery of the World Heritage Parks of Fiordland and Westland with rugged coastlines, scorched plains and the glacial lakes of Wanaka and Queenstown. See the land and the New Zealand way of life first-hand.
Customised Tours
Tours can be arranged specifically to suit you. If you have limited time, an event or destination you would like to include please contact us to discuss your requirements. A minimum of 4 riders is required.
