The Motorcycles
Triumph Bonnevilles and Tigers (post-1976) were the obvious choice for touring New Zealand roads for several reasons. They epitomize the British
classic motorcycle with their iconic good looks, lithe handling ability, they are compact and practical.
The left hand gear change is in line with modern motorcycles. Reliability has been further enhanced by a good supply of spare parts and the potential
for upgrading. The combination of these features gives us a classic motorcycle that can hold its own in today's traffic and is a pleasure to ride.

All bikes have had modifications that make them more efficient and rideable. Electrics have
been the downfall of British bikes for years. With the
fitting of electronic ignition and a little black box that does away with the rectifier and
zener diode, hopefully this has eliminated most potential
problems. A spin on oil filter and cooler has also been fitted to all machines. This has the twofold effect of increasing the oil capacity, as well
as cooling and filtering the oil before returning it to the reservoir.
Apart from the modifications above, all machines have factory specifications and are maintained to the highest standard.
